Delivery
What are the delivery times?
We are committed to shipping your order within 24 hours on a working day. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery time to a Relay Point in France, Belgium and the Netherlands is an average of 3 to 4 working days.

How much does delivery cost?
Cosy Poterie offers free delivery for all orders over €60.00.
Orders are delivered to a relay point via Mondial Relay.
Here are the shipping times for orders under €50.00:
- France: €4.95
- Belgium: €4.95
- Netherlands: €3.95
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your order you have 15 days to return your order.
All items must be returned in the original packaging to ensure the contents remain protected. All items must be in new condition (used items will not be refunded).
Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your package for the refund to be processed.
Contact us so that we can send you the procedure to follow.
Returning during the end-of-year holidays?
Purchases made at Cosy Poterie between November 15, 2024 and December 18, 2024 benefit from a 45-day return policy. The instructions for returning items remain unchanged.
I received a defective item, what should I do?
For items ordered from our site that have a manufacturing defect and/or have been damaged in transit, please contact us .
