How much does delivery cost?

Cosy Poterie offers free delivery for all orders over €50.00.

Orders are delivered to a pick-up point via Mondial Relay.

Here are the shipping costs for orders below €50.00:

France: €4.95
Belgium: €4.95
Netherlands: €3.95

How to return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days to return it.

All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure the contents are protected. All items must be in new condition (used items will not be refunded).

Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your parcel for the refund to be processed.

Returns during the holiday season?

Purchases made at Cosy Poterie between November 15, 2024, and December 18, 2024, are eligible for a 45-day return policy. The return instructions remain the same.

I received a defective item, what should I do?
